The AI Visibility & Reputation Toolkit is a downloadable, educational and diagnostic product. It provides audit frameworks, worksheets, templates, and an action-plan structure to help business owners understand and improve how their business is represented by AI assistants and search discovery surfaces.

No outcome guarantee

The toolkit does not guarantee that any AI assistant (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity) will mention, recommend, or rank any business in any particular way. AI model outputs are determined by third-party providers we do not control and may change at any time. The toolkit is a diagnostic and improvement framework, not a ranking guarantee.

Refund policy

30-Day Implementation Guarantee: If you complete Modules 1 through 5 (the AI Visibility Audit, Reputation Audit, Accuracy Check, and 30-Day Improvement Plan worksheets) and aren't satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your completed worksheets for a full refund. We ask to see completed worksheets not to make refunds hard to get, but because this toolkit's value comes from doing the work, not just reading it — so a fair guarantee has to be tied to that. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. This guarantee applies to The Toolkit. The Done-For-You Audit is refundable up to the point we begin work on your report. The Visibility Monitor has no refund because you can cancel at any time and won't be billed again.

License

Purchasing The Toolkit grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business, and a client-facing usage license: you may use the toolkit’s frameworks and the white-label report template to produce reports for your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the toolkit’s source files themselves as your own downloadable product.[Confirm this matches your intended agency/resale terms before launch.]

Governing law
